How to order:

We print and wrap canvas using only oil based inks that are pressed into the fabrics that you choose. This is better than standard methods as our materials require no lamination or treating and they are hard wearing, waterproof and UV resistant. Also unlike alternative methods when you wrap our prints onto frames the edges DO NOT CRACK.

You can order from Your Photos where you upload your imagery for us to create your photo canvas print from, or if you like the look of any of the "Our Art" images, then again you can size and order these to suit your requirements.

So in a nutshell: this is how you order your canvas:

Your image:

Think about the size you want to print and the resolution of the picture that you have. If you use this simple chart below, it will guide you on what we can produce with the images that you provide:

Choose an Effect:

There are various effects on both Your Photos to choose from, please note that Sepia and Vector Art carries a £20 artwork fee. In Our Art you can also choose similar effects to Your Photos, however you do have single, diptych and tripych canvas options.

Choose an Edge Style:

Black and White Edge:

We will print an edge for you in black or leave the white material if required. This will create the edge style for you.

Image Wrap / Gallery Wrap:

If there is enough room around your image then we can continue it around the edge. Please look at your image first and check that you can do this before specifying it on you order.

Colour Match Edge:

If you do not contact us we will use the predominant colour from your artwork and print it onto the side of the canvas. Alternatively, when you order please email a guide of which colour you would like us to match to.

Materials:

You have a choice of three standard materials to print onto that produce different effects, although it is hard to show these fabrics with pictures, please see the visuals below. If you do need a mini sample book then please call us on 08718 393939 or you can email us at info@cpl-graphics.co.uk

Matt Canvas:

This is a standard product that offers a great image quality. The matt canvas is heavy- weight and has a matt finish to avoid reflection - It is our most popular product.

Satin Canvas:

This is a tighter weave fabric with a satin sheen. It does help saturate colour a little more than the canvas and is a great alternative if a more satin look is required.

Suede Look:

Get hands on with this fabric, although colours are a little less saturated than the fabrics above, this offers you a similar look to a pool table felt, but with an image instead of chalk dust and beer.

Framing:

Please see the pictures below that give you an indication of the frames we use. You have two choices when ordering, one at 25mm and 45mm depths. All canvas is stretched around the edge and firmly secured on the back with staple fixings and tapes. Each is also supplied with a hanging wire ready for you to fix to your wall.
